This is a summer "reunion center" for an extended family that also must function well for just the couple who commissioned it.

The solution was a series of linked social spaces that can be closed off as the number of people (and the noise level) dictate, and a range of sleeping arrangements, from private bedrooms to social spaces that convert to semi-private bed alcoves, as well as attic "bunkrooms."
